Our garden plants face increasing challenges, including growing difficulties, fashion trends, loss of habitat and climate change. They need your help.

Australian home gardeners, garden societies and clubs, botanic gardens, professional horticulturalists, commercial nurseries, parks managers and national plant collection holders support Plant Trust’s conservation program. You do not need to hold a collection to support the work of Plant Trust.

In addition to receiving our member-only quarterly Genus as well as exclusive invitations and discounts on admission to Plant Trust events and activities, members also enjoy discounts on entry to events conducted by our friends, the Royal Botanic Gardens Victoria and the Melton Botanic Garden, to name just two.

Annual membership starts at just $30 for an individual and benefits include –

  • Guided tours of both public and privately held gardens
  • Talks and seminars
  • Quarterly digital publication ‘Genus
  • Activities including Plant Trust’s Plant Lovers Big Night Out – rare and unusual plant auction, and end of year festivities
  • Opportunities to contribute to the future direction of Plant Trust by participating in strategic working groups
  • And much more!
